Features of Type TL-QDJ-A

The Auto Cutter Type TL-QDJ-A or B is specially designed and made for green split tiles cutting process with leading technique. The main feature of this machine is the extraordinary auto overturning & cutting mechanism, which perfect designed and made with technique know-how, controlled by 100x40 liquid crystal display panel, the machine runs smoothly and automatically through whole process working including several steps of stood conveying, rough cutting, pushing forward, and overturning the rough-cut tiles from stood to horizontal level, and then cutting it to size with chamfered edges or carved-marks when needed. All these ensure efficient and high quality when matched with TL Series Vacuum Extruder, which makes its performance being perfect. When optional matched with the auto-up & down adjusting unit, which can easy and fast replace moulds or make corresponding adjustment for the assembly line when needed, these lead to a high production efficiency of our customers. It is the good choice in tiles cutting process.(The difference between type A and B are the Max. cutting length of the tiles and the dimension of the cutters)
